Jinny came to my house, alone, when she was still a kitten few months ago. Jaybee was a cat that I found at a restaurant having a bad flu and eyesore. Emmel still a kitten when I rescued her from a drain when it was raining heavily and Honey was pregnant when she came to me and I decided to take her so she can have a proper place to give birth but unfortunately, all her kittens died because of premature birth. I decided to adopt all 4 of them, giving them the best treatment and having all of them neutered.Herewith I attached the receipt with the vet’s stamp and sign along with the picture of the 4 cats and the application form.Regards,Nur Izuara Binti Ibrahim
