We have sponsored RM120 for the neutering of these 2 cats.
Note: We received this claim only yesterday and we immediately informed Ms Fadzila (by email and phone) that three of her photos were not compliant and her receipts were also only for four cats and not five. She said she would check but has not responded. Since only two of the photos were compliant and the deadline for the claim was yesterday, we can only give our aid for 2 cats.
We urge all applicants to please check your email if you are applying for our aid so that in case of any discrepancy, it can be attended to quickly and the deadline can still be met for us to help you. We also urge applicants to post their form and receipt as soon as possible. Just yesterday, we could not help another case because all her receipts were non-compliant and she posted them at the very last minute.

Subject: Neutering claim
To: “chankahyein@gmail.com” <chankahyein@gmail.com>Hi Dr. Chan. For your information, I am a cat lover that active in saving, feeding, neutering stray cats at my hometown. I have saved and neutered multiple of them using my own pocket money with no doubt. Even, I am myself, taking care of almost 40 stray cats in house, till no more space for them. Due to financial problem, for the first time I heard about your ngo that provides fund for neutering stray cats. So, here I am with five cases. Here are my photos for your review. I have already courier all bills and forms as requested by Gdex, and they are supposed to reach you by today. I have four claims of neutering for all my stray cats.1. Photo A, B, and CA couple of months ago, my brother told me abandoned cat with three babies in his school. No one was there because of a school holiday. I rushed to get them and brought those cats (4 beranak) that were crazily hungry and dirty. I have tried my best to find an adopter, however, who wanted them, only an ordinary cat. I decided just to let them outside of my house and they grew happily and freely. I have provided food and drink outside my gate. But, they did not and never walk away from my house, until now. Then, I decided to neuter them. However, among 4 of them, their mother could not survive after giving the second birth (too late to be spayed).2. Photo DThis male cat I named him as Puteh. I saved his mother and him abandoned at workshop, Manir, Kuala Terengganu. They were actually three of them, but his brother got an accident, then I didn’t want it happen to him as well. I decided to bring both of them home, and just let them outside. But they never run away. A very handsome tom cat now but has a wild life outside but very pamper and tendering, he is free to go and come anytime. He was about 3-4 months at the time I took him home, but now he might be 7 months I guess. I have neutered his mama but, no photo of her.3. Photo EI saved this male cat at Pasar Manir, K Terengganu. Hungry and crying for food. I took him home and just let it outside till now. So pampared and handsome as Puteh, but a bit coward. He was bigger than Puteh at that time, he might be 4-5 months. After neutering, he is a bit ‘plum’ but very handsome. He always wait for me outside and seldomly come inside the gate. But, he knows his limit.Thank you Dr Chan and hope you can consider my first time claims.Yours sincerely,Fadzilah Akmal Hj Ali![]()
