We need to thank our ex neighbour for the great suggestion. He was the one who sarcastically told us to build a huge cage to put all our cats and us the owner in. He blamed our cats for scratching his beloved car. LOL
We have a long way to go in forging a community that is kind to animals. While many people are lauding the enforcement of the new Animal Welfare Act 2015, please do not forget that Act 154 (Part 1, Article 2(2)) still applies. Street animals are still at risk and not protected. Best to keep your community animals indoors as much as possible.
