Good Morning!We wish to apply for spaying subsidy for Suki.Suki was born a stray and comes to one of our feeding depot in Old Kelang Road regularly. She is about 4-5 months old, very skinny and afraid of people and other cats. She is unable to eat until all the other bigger cats have had their fill.We pitied her and decided to rescue her and rehabilitate her to be suitable for adoption. It has been over a month but she is still very frighten of people and even with daily play time with all our rescue in the play room, she is still a little anti-social.As she is not yet ready to be adopted and has come of age, we need to spay her.We submit a copy of the receipt, new form & picture for your approval.Thank you.Regards,Norvem
