Hello. I am Siti Hajar Aisyah from Kuantan. I attached this picture of my cat,named Donna Dot that has been neutered in Kuantan. Donna’s mother was adopted by us, found in a garbage area. She gave birth last year,and now Donna is an adult male. We decided to neuter Donna to control the population and to avoid him from making bad habit which is-marking the territory.
