We have sponsored RM300 for the neutering of these 3 dogs.
Dear Dr. Chan,
I have sent 3 female dogs in Johor for neutering on 06/Jan/2018.
All these 3 dogs are normally wander at a at Kangkar Pulai, Johor as the people there will feed them. I have released them back to the temple after spaying.
The total bill is RM 560. May I have your approval to claim RM300 for these 3 dogs (RM100 each)?
