I would like to apply for Animal Neutering Aid. I am a first timer applicant.  Attached are pictures of the Before and After of the female stray cat near our house.

The recently neutered cat, Cici, was rescued in our neighborhood in Taman Tun Dr Ismail. She will be adopted by us.
