Neutering aid for 3 cats in Kuala Terengganu (Engku Nor Hidayu bt Tuan Ahmad’s)

I am Engku Nor Hidayu from Kuala Terengganu. I am writing to request for the neutering subsidy for my 3 cats.

Rory is a male cat that came 2 months ago and he likes to pee everywhere hence that is why I have decided to neuter him.

Dropsy & Snowy

Dropsy and Snowy were found under my car around February this year. They are always lingering at my house so that is why I took them in and decided to spay them.

I have already mailed you the receipt and forms yesterday. I hope you can take my application into consideration.
