I would like to apply for neutering subsidy of 1 male puppy.This pup was found around the same area as the previous litter of puppies, next to a construction site near my housing area. But it’s from a separate litter.This particular pup has vestibular, making it spin and stumble occasionally. It’s been vaccinated and neutered. We’re looking to rehome him.
