Im Hafizah , post graduated student in agriculture faculty upm serdang.. eccentric doing a TNr ( trap, neutered, and release) for a stray cats around upm and serdang . Formerly using a subsidy anak selangor but then, the fund seem exhausted since june 2018.. can i apply a subsidy from animal care Dr? & what the qualification for that subsidy Dr?
