We wish to apply for neutering subsidy for 1 stray male cat, we named John, whom frequents our feeding area in Old Klang Road.
John will always fight with Rascal (neutered a few months ago) for female cats in heat. Unlike Rascal, he is usually the instigator and making the females run screaming for their lives.Due to heavy financial burden, we took so long to get him neutered.
