My name is Wan Choi May, from Rawang, I have met & feed this 2 female dogs at Taman Rawang Perdana few months ago.
I sent them to the vet for neutering on 15/12/2018, and please be attached herewith photos before & after neutering for reference.
Please be informed that one of the dog has been released back & the other one has been adopted by kind Samaritan.
I would like to apply for neuter aid & really appreciate if my application is approved by the committee.
