Neutering aid for 3 cats in USJ (Chow Kok Chean & Zheng Xiao Ling’s)

We have provided an aid of RM180 for the neutering of these 3 cats.

The rescue work is done by Mr Chow’s wife, Mdm Zheng Xiao Ling.
