I would like to apply neutering fund for neutering a male cat named Di Di and a female cat named Mei Mei. They are strays cat found in Shah Alam. They are delivered by a stray momma cat.After recovered they will be returned to this area. In the meantime they are open for adoption too. I will provide food and medical care to them before they are adopted.I hope AnimalCare will consider my application.
