We have provided a full sponsorship of RM160 for the neutering of these 2 cats (the vet’s promotional charges were female RM100, male RM60).
Ms Diana is a new applicant.
Based on her initial email and the write-up below, we had to obtain more information regarding the plan for these cats and Ms Diana clarified as follows:
Her initial email:
Both cat as we know is a stray cat, hence they more comfortable being outside rather than caged. some of the neighbours are complaining about the pee situation. I believe that is solved after neutering him.
I did ask the vet if cat could change their poop behaviour, they said can try to toilet train them and release back and see how. If the method somehow doesn’t work, I might need to keep them caged.
I already let the neighbours know about my plan and they have agreed not to catch them.
Ms Diana says she will be caging them in her porch for a month to toilet train them using the litter boxes. Then, she will release them so that they have their freedom but hopes they will come back for food and use the litter boxes in her porch.
We hope the cats will come back to her porch and the neighbours will not complain anymore. It is a good effort by Ms Diana.
