We read with grave concern, the decision and plans of the MBSA council: https://www.freemalaysiatoday.com/category/nation/2024/03/30/dont-kill-off-stray-dogs-group-pleads-with-city-council/
We strongly appeal to MBSA to reconsider their plans and opt for neutering and returning to colony under the care of feeders in the area.
Street dogs are only there because they have no where else to go. Some of them are abandoned pets or offspring of abandoned pets. Some could be lost pets who have run out of their homes and are trying to find their way back. How could you not even allow owners time to reclaim their dogs? No house is escape-proof, sometimes pets can run out.
MBSA, please, please reconsider.
Killing is not the way to solve problems. It never is. Whatever man does to the web of life, he does to himself.
