After MBSA’s initial plan drew flak from animal lovers, it claimed that its operation involved PAWS. It is shameful.
Can we hope that local governments will help residents instead of using “scare tactics” on them?
And as we have always reiterated and our stance has never changed, killing is never a solution to any problem.
