I am personally so excited to learn about the efficacy of this TCM, Yunnan Baiyao for sporotrichosis. We have received sharing on its efficacy in healing cancer lesions before and have shared this, but I did not know it was effective for other conditions too.
Here’s direct experiential account from one of our readers, So Eileen – thank you so much for sharing, Eileen!

This is Eileen’s sharing:
Hi,
I am sorry as I did not take any previous photos on my rescued pets before and after them taking the above mentioned TCM for their illness and injuries too. I hope I can shed light with you on how this TCM helped my rescued with positive results too.
Case1:- One of my rescued cat was diagnosed with sporotrichosis and breast cancer with a big lump on one of her breast (all at the same time). At that time, she was 12 years of age. The vet suggested operation to remove the lump from her breast and we did go ahead with the surgery. As for her sporo, she was given medication to be applied topically and taken orally for 3 months as the vet said her sporo was quite serious at the time of diagnosis. We went ahead with the surgery and removed the tumor from her breast and giving her the sporo medication daily too.
Upon bringing her to the vet for her follow up check up, the vet confirmed that there were another new growth of tumor on another side of her breast and it was not big enough yet to required another round of surgery. That was when I was introduced to this TCM by one of my mum’s gym friend that it can cure and heal any tumor, skin cancer and esp sporo in animals as she have the same experience in treating her dog that was infected with sporo.
So I decided to give this a try and this is how I give my cat the TCM remedies:-
– I would apply topically 1 to 2 capsule of the TCM (open up the capsule to allow the powder to get into the open skin (nana) affected by sporo, on a daily basis, two to three times per day. Then I would mix another capsule to be added into her daily meal (liquid wet cat food) once per day to treat her tumor and her breast cancer as well.
Upon 2 weeks of the TCM treatment (both oral and tropical applications), the skin that was infected by sporo had completely dried up and closed in with tiny weeny new furs growing. Upon 3rd week, her fur has completely grown like normal and we bought her back to the vet for another round of check up and tumor with breast cancer checkup. The doc was surprised with the complete healing of the sporo and later on, the test results shown no new tumor and cancer cells detected on the affected breast. My cat was given a total clean bill of health. She was with us until late last year (108 years old in terms of human age) before crossing over the rainbow bridge.
Case 2:-
A wounded stray dog literally came to our backyard with a huge big wound (flesh with blood can be seen on top of its head) infested with hundreds of live maggots. My mum and I quickly grab 10 to 15 capsules of the Yun Nan Bai Yao, open up the capsules and directly pour out the powder to fully cover the huge wound. The dog just sat down quietly as if it knew that we meant no harm and was trying to help it too. When we entered the house to get some food and water for the dog and walked back out, the dog was no where to be found. We looked everywhere near our neighborhood for the wounded dog but no avail.
And this is when the miracle happens, after 1 week, the dog suddenly reappeared on our backyard again, and we checked on his wounded head, it was completely healed. The wound and flesh closed up completely and dried up. No more maggots. We believe it was the dog showing up to say a big thank you and it is doing well now. We were happy and relieved the dog was finally OK after ‘disappearing for a week’
Case 3:-
Sporo on the left ear of one of my rescued cat, Upon applying topically the TCM for less than 1 week, he fully recovered.
Case 4:-
Sharing from my mum’s gym friend that introduced us to Yun Nan Bai Yao, her friend’s dog was bitten by poisonous snake. Once her dog was bitten, the first thing she did was to quickly grab 4 capsules of the Yun Nan Bai Yao for the dog to swallow then driving the dog to the vet for the antidote. Consuming the herbs first and foremost will prevent the poison to travel up quickly to the heart which can be fatal. This allow time for the owner to contact her current vet to ask for the antidote and not all vet have these antidote in stock. This experience did save her dog’s life in the end.
These are the experience I have encountered while incorporating Yun Nan Bai Yao with rescued animals under my care that were infected with sporo. I have hundreds to share more which is mostly associated with external injuries due to fights or cuts by sharp objects.
You can apply the powder directly from Yun Nan Bai Yao on pet’s bites or scratches on skin, especially when blood is dripping profusely after pets attack unintentionally. Just rinse the affected area with clean running water and then apply the affected area with the powder until the wounded area is fully covered. After few hours of application, you should notice the wound would have completely dried up and healing with take place very quickly too. This happens to me and my mum very frequently due to caring for rescued animals and sometimes these unintended accidents do happen.
I have attached photos of the Yun Nan Bai Yao that I bought from a TCM shop in Ipoh back then. I keep a bottle or two just for any rescuer in need.
You can basically get this Chinese herbs from any reputable Chinese Medical Hall around your neighbourhood.
These are my humble sharing. Hope you find them useful or can be of help in your animal healing journey ahead.
Love and Light.
So Eileen
