We have provided an aid of RM400 for the neutering of these 2 female dogs.
Mr Connery is a new applicant and this is a joint effort between him and his colleague, Ms Elvira Pallera Yape.
This is the first email from Ms Elvira:
I’m Ms. Elvie, we would like to seek help from your side to give a subsidy for all stray dogs at our warehouse site. At first, there are 2 to 3 dogs hanging around our site but eventually they are getting more. Therefore, me and my colleague to catch them and send for surgery. Currently there are dogs that need to be castrate and spaying (3female & 3 male) the female has been successfully operated at the clinic. Due to high cost of the surgery, we can’t afford all the 6 dogs operation with our own cost.
Attached is the receipt paid for the 2 dogs’ operation today. We hope for your kind consideration.
We replied to explain our procedures and they made the first application for 2 dogs.
