In the past few months, we have heard of cat parks being set up in a few towns by the authorities, and one council is even practising Neuter-and-Return instead of catch-and-kill. These are all good news, and we hope for more good news to come. Slowly and steadily. Meanwhile, we, the little people, will just continue doing our part to help the street animals.
