We have provided a full sponsorship of RM130 for the spaying of this female cat, Minico.
This is the last of the female cats in Pn Aminah’s porch to be spayed.
Updates on all previously-claimed cats are below.
More photos from Pn Aminah:
I spayed Minico yesterday. She is the last unspayed female cat from my porch. She couldn’t be spayed with the other 3 kittens on the 14 Apr as she had diarrhea.
Enclosed are a few photos of the cats in my porch taken this morning. I just want to share them. There are 3 female kittens in cages. One cage house Minico who was spayed yesterday. Another cage house Jasmine and Lily who were spayed on 14 April. The purpose of keeping them in the cage is so that they can accompany Minico (I will put her in the cage with Lily and Jasmine today) for a few days and then release all 3 to roam freely.
Cleo and Minnie have already been previously spayed. Pn Aminah and her daughter covered the costs themselves.
There are 7 more males in the colony:
Cleo and Minnie are both spayed and fully vaccinated. I will also continue to give the others the 2nd dose of vaccine. All the females are spayed now.
There are 7 male cats (5 kittens and 2 adults) and I intend to neuter them. 4 kittens and 1 adult (Lennon) will be the next to be vaccinated and neutered.
From the 7 males two (Hook & Nyet Nyet) has shifted out and only comes back occasionally to eat. I will try to keep them in a cage when they comes back. I will send them to be vaccinated and can neuter them at least 3 days after that. However it has been more than a week since these 2 came back.
I will proceed to vaccinate the 5 males as soon as possible and get them neutered.
Once again thank you funding the cats in my porch.
