We have provided an aid of RM30.75 for the deworming and vaccination of Mortzy, Simba and Snowflake.
The total bill is RM128 and RM97.25 is covered by Mr Koo’s initial generous donation of RM800, which is now fully utilised.
Mortzy & Family comes under our (all-new) Subsidised Adoption Plan (SAP) in an effort and trial to encourage the adoption of street animals. We advertised the family for adoption with our SAP incentive but there were no takers until Joy Saga stepped up to help out.
The SAP is a two-year plan with subsidies and sponsorships to help out with the first two years of adoption. It covers more than our Neutering Aid Package. For example, it covers all the vaccinations required, full neutering costs and medical treatment is on a case-by-case basis. It also includes a monthly food subsidy. It is a two-year plan and and for Mortzy & Family, the plan ends in February 2027.
Here are the latest photos and a video of Mortzy & Family and images of their updated vaccination cards. Simba and Snowflake have one more vaccination next month to complete their baby vaccinations for the first year. Mortzy only needs two so hers is already completed. Mortzy has already been spayed too.
A message from Joy:
Thank you so much for the aid for Mortzy, Simba and Snowflake. I have received the money in my account. Thank you for the continued aid as well.
I will try to introduce the boys to my hooligans in the house now that they are vaccinated (with one more dose to go next month). As for the mom, I will see if she is ok to be friends with the inside cats, as she is an adult. That will be my weekend mission. Supervised introduction. Pray all will be okay so they can join the clan. (And less cage opened to minimise cleaning )
Wonderful!!
