Discontinuation of Medical Aid (effective today)

Dear Applicants,

We wish to inform you that effective today, our Medical Aid which is offered for medical issues identified before or during the neutering procedure, will be discontinued.

Medical issues are too varied and treatment costs rather subjective. We faced this problem when we had ran our Medical Aid from May 2009 to December 2014, and again, since we restarted it in January 2023 until now. There have also been numerous complications ranging from applicants who think we will sponsor any medical treatment (including those of their own pets) to, unfortunately, potential scammers who send AI-generated videos of sickly animals and fake medical reports.

We have now decided that we will only focus on offering the Neutering Aid with the Vaccination package for every street animal. Any surplus funds will be channeled to Food Aid.

We will, however, honour any outstanding Medical Aid that has been agreed upon before this announcement.

To all donors and supporters,

We thank you very much for your trust and support and wish to assure you that all donations will only be used for cases which will be vetted meticulously before funds are disbursed.

Thank you so much.
