Neutering aid for 1 cat in Penang/Parit Buntar (Zulhazwani bt Rozali’s)

We have provided an aid of RM150 for the spaying of this female cat, Mimi.

Puan Zulhazwani is a new applicant.  She and her husband found the cat in Penang and brought her back to Parit Buntar to stay with them.
