In the past few months, there had been a few enquiries about our neutering aid for dogs and as always, we send our policies. Shortly after, we were informed that there are organisations offering free neutering for dogs so perhaps this explains why we have not been receiving requests for dog neutering. They are getting it free elsewhere, which is, indeed, a very good deal and we are happy to hear about this. Perhaps this is also due to all the publicity about the plight of stray dogs in communities, so more people have stepped forward to help dogs.
We also offered our food aid for the Papan Landfill Dogs this month, but was told they don’t have storage space. They will let us know when they have found space to keep the bags of kibble. Until then, our food aid goes to the Balakong Street Dogs, as usual.
