Neutering aid for 1 dog in Shah Alam (Ng Siew Eng’s)

We have sponsored RM90 for the neutering of this dog.

Ms Ng requested for an aid of only RM90.

I am writing to apply for neutering subsidy for Miko, a male dog who was rescued

in Kota Kemuning, Shah Alam.

I will make effort to re-home Miko. Otherwise I will set him free.

Claim form has been sent. I would like to request for a subsidy of RM90 only.
