Neutering aid for 2 cats in Mentakab (Siti Azira bt Said’s)

We have sponsored RM120 for the neutering of these 2 cats.

2. J (estimated 2y 4months)

They have undergone the surgery on November ,2017 at a Mentakab clinic.  Attached herewith photos of these cats for your reference.

I will send to you by post express the original receipt of the operation together with the completed form for your further action.
