Dear Dr. Chan,
I have sent 1 female dog in Johor for neutering on 30/Dec/2017.
She used to wander at Gelang Patah bus station and sometimes shoplots at Nusa Bayu Johor.
I plan to send her to a fruit farm during this weekend.
The total bill is RM 170. May I have your approval to claim RM100 for this dog?
