hi dr chan,I would like to apply aid for 1 female cat that already being neutered..she is 1 year now, found her when she was 3 mths old behind my house. she was alone and very sick at the time.
she is the last cats that i adopt in my house to be neutered. after this i aim to neuter more for stray cats nearby my house. this is least i can do, i cannot afford to adopt too many in my house.
