Hi Dr. Chan,I’m writing to apply for spaying aid for two female cats. The cat’s name is Lucy, which was a stray cat I everyday fed inside my house compound. She already had three time pregnancies and we decided to give her a rest by spaying her. She is now remain staying inside my compound house.Second cat is Pikachu.
