Be informed that I have sent this 2 dogs (Female) to the vet for neutering on 19.05.2018 and now they are staying with me & will be opened for adoption very soon.I would like to apply for neutering aid & pleased to attach photos before & after neutering for reference, and furthermore, completed form & original receipt will be courier to you tomorrow.
