Subsidy for a female cat and a female dog’s spaying (Yap Siew Hwa’s)

Mrs Lim runs a laundrette and also takes care of the community animals on her street. We have sponsored RM100 for the spaying of a female cat and subsidised RM120 for a female dog brought in by Mrs Lim sometime last week.
