Francis Tze is doing One-Street CNRM on SS18/5A. This morning, he managed to capture one female cat to be spayed.
The cat has now been spayed, and she also has mange, so an Ivermectin jab has been administered.
Francis will foster the cat until full recovery and release back to the street.
