Neutering aid for 3 dogs in Rawang (Lim Siew Chin’s)

We have provided an aid of RM450 for the neutering of these 3 dogs.

I have been feeding these three, they stay nearby my house and I am now here to neuter them, after neutered will release them but will continue to feed them.
