I am writing to apply for the neutering aids for 2 female dogs that are kept at a car workshop compound.There were initially only a few dogs being kept at the car workshop as guard dogs. Due to the ignorance of the car workshop owner, the dogs kept reproducing litter after litter of puppies. The dog population has now increased to 20 over dogs. As those dogs are rather feral, we only managed to capture two female dogs for neutering. For information, the vet has confirmed that the two female dogs are not pregnant. They will soon be returned to the car workshop and continued to be cared by the car workshop owner.
