Hi Dr Chan,

appreciate it if you could blog about a mastiff that my friend rescued yesterday. The mastiff was believed to be around 1 year old, very friendly, not neuteured. Serious adopter only.

    Dear Pooi Ling, I beg you, PLEASE do not release this dog to an adopter without first neutering him. He would be an absolute gold mine to a backyard breeder. 🙁

    Maneki, are you Olive? remember DoDo?
    hahaha….as much as I would like to neuter this guy before releasing him to a new owner, i do not have the authority to do so.
    The rescuer is a friend of mine, whom I can only advise him to. Whether he wants to do it or not, it’s his choice, and I could not interfere with his decision. I can only offer to neuter the dog for him, but whether he wants to take it up is up to him. Hope you understand.
