Sponsorship for spay-neuter of 4 cats and 2 dogs (Carnea Lee’s)

Carnea Lee, from the Independent Pet Rescuers, applied for subsidy for the spay-neuter of 4 cats (3 female, 1 male) and 2 dogs (1 female, 1 male) recently. Since she got them done at Klinik Kembiri, whose rates are even lower than our subsidy, we were able to sponsor in full.

Dear Kahyein,

These cats were rescued from the streets and are for rehoming (pls find attached the pictures of the cats)
Today(18/2/12, Saturday) i have sent in 4 cats for neutering – 3 females and 1 male to Klinik Kembiri Setapark
Hope you can assist with the subsidy. Thank you very much
Regards,
Carnea Lee

If you have many animals, please consider using the services of Klinik Kembiri. They have the lowest rates in town. You can claim a subsidy from us, and since their rates are lower, it will be a full sponsorship.

The good news I overheard (yet to the confirmed) is that previously Klinik Kembiri spayed pregnant females, but now, they don’t anymore.  However, this is unconfirmed news (I hope it’s true!).

    Dear Dr Chan,

I have heard about this Independent Pet Rescuers. It is one of the longest existing pet rescue groups in the Klang Valley and I think they have their own fund-raising. I see them raising funds at their own events.

I am wondering why they would need funding from AnimalCare.

  2. Have to say that sometimes, it’s necessary to spay pregnant females–especially in the case of dogs. Sometimes a big dog has mated with a small dog and carrying the puppies to full term would endanger the mother greatly–this is when spaying even though she is pregnant would be the better option.

I have adopted a beautiful stray cat & was told he’S a Maine Coone when i took him to the vet for spaying. Now my hubby is posted overseas and I need help with temporary care/boarding. Please advice. Local vets cost a”bomb” for long term boarding. I will supply his food. Please HELP

      Try Scallywags or Pet Epicure.
