Subsidy for the spay-neuter of three cats (Amy Kwek Loo Lan’s)

We have subsidised RM275 for the spay-neuter of 2 female cats and 1 male cat, brought in from the streets of Jalan Alor, by Amy Kwek Loo Lan and her friend, Aznah.
