Spay-Neuter subsidy for 2 male dogs and 1 female dog in Seberang Perai (Kheang Bee Nar’s)

Kheang Bee Nar, from Seberang Perai, wrote to me on 24th Feb:

I joined the company about 9 months ago and there are many strays  at the surrounding factories over here. I started feeding them after noticing another pack of dogs chased them away from the food stalls.  So, hunting for food is fairly depends on their luck.

Contacted SPCA Seberang Prai and they are willing to help me to transport the strays (about 8 of them) for neutering and spaying purposes. The person in charge was so kind to willing to come to the area that she has not been before, just to pick up those dogs (i would prefer to call them Malaysian dogs instead of strays). She also offered for dogs to be neutered/spayed by their regular vet that comes around monthly, at a lower rate compared to the commercial rate. Even better, she will help to find a boarding place for them after the surgery, then release them back to the colony. The mission will probably split into 2 or 3 batches, depends how many of them can we get each time. The mission will take place at 3pm today, yahoo.

Hence, i wish to apply for the subsidy on neutering/spaying as well as the vaccination for them? Will be uploading some photos later.

Dear Kah Yein,

Managed to catch only 3 (had some hard time of catching them), surgery done and boarded at SPCA Seberang Perai. They will be released to the same factory area on friday. Next month, will try to get few more.
