We are thankful that Ms Ong has been updating us on the suitability of the food for her 50 dogs. As it turned out, the dogs did not quite agree with the salmon and beef products, so Avant Pet has very graciously agreed to do an exchange for us. We would also like to clarify that Ms Ong did not ask for any exchange but we decided to do it for the sake of the dogs.
So, in exchange for the remaining unopened 10 packs of salmon kibble and 3 packs of beef kibble, we have sent the following:
Alps Pureness pate 400gx24 canned food for dogs (lamb) – 2 boxes
Alps Nourish dog kibble 15kg (lamb) – 12 packs
As always we thank Avant Pet for the free delivery and the kind exchange. Avant’s 3-ton lorry could not enter the shelter the last time, so this time, they used a van. Thank you for the kind efforts, Avant Pet and staff!!
