A friend (who has requested anonymity) has a 12 year-old Bull Mastiff-Spitz cross, named Bobby. Bobby has a cancerous tumour on his hind leg which is growing and this friend has opted to let Bobby go in for surgery to have the tumour removed. However, surgery is risky due to age and the nature of the tumour. If the tumour is left as it is, it will not stop growing and cause him to have other organ complications and an open wound which might cause maggot problems, hence, more suffering.
We would like to request all our readers to send prayers and positive healing energy to Bobby, as he goes in for surgery on Tuesday morning at the UPM hospital.
