Horsey has been recovering very well under the loving care of Lydia. She’s so well that she is already running around on all threes, to the extent of trying to escape through the drain!
Horsey bit off her stitches two days ago, so Lydia sent her back for restitching and at the same time, the vet said she was also fit enough to be spayed.
Yesterday, when I visited her at the vet’s.
The restitching and spaying was done last night and everything went like clockwork. In fact, 80% of the wound had already healed (from the amputation).
Here’s Horsey this morning.
Lydia will be taking her home today.
Get well soon, Horsey!
The cost of Horsey’s amputation was subsidised from our funds.
Her spaying is fully sponsored from our funds.
