A man claimed that his dog had refused to get onto the lorry when he was moving his dogs to another plantation so he chained the poor dog to his car and dragged the dog through 2km until it was spotted by a bystander who stopped him.
Police reports have been made.
The dog was believed to have succumbed to the severe injuries.
We ask that the authorities impose the heaviest possible penalty on this man.
