Hopefully, one day, such malicious, intentional and cold-blooded killing of an animal will be equated to the killing of a human being with the same intent.
This is certainly not self-defense.
Why was only the minimum fine imposed?
We have a long, long way to go in animal rights, but at least we have made a first step with the higher penalties under AWA2015.
Animals are not lesser beings and should not be treated as such.
