Please be informed that we reserve the right and sole discretion to choose which claims we will honour and we will not honour receipts from certain clinics.
So it would advisable for you to check with us before you send an animal to any clinic if you intend to make a claim after that. Kindly send an email to me at chankahyein@gmail.com to enquire.
This comes into effect tomorrow, on 4th July 2023, but we will be fair to all applicants who already have had procedures done prior to this announcement.
