UPDATES at 8.19pm – Blackey has just passed on to Rainbow Bridge. We convey our deepest condolences to Sha. I have just got off the phone with Sha and of course, we are all in shock because just last week, the vet sent photos of Blackey to Sha and Blackey was improving. This sudden turn is due to the old operated wound.
Animals know when to let go when conditions are no longer favourable in this existence.
Blackey is in a better place now, free from pain and suffering.
We share Sha’s loss and grief.
As pledged, we will subsidise Blackey’s medical bill.

Blackey is the sporo-cat whom Sha (Wan Rozima Mior Ahmed Shahimi) got treated in Kedah and we jointly subsidised the treatment. However, there was no improvement, so Sha sent Blackey down to Puchong to continue treatment.
Just two weeks ago, I contacted Sha and apparently, Blackey was improving.
However, I just received an sms from Sha saying that she has been informed that Blackey has suddenly started vomiting blood and has collapsed. The previously operated wound (done in Kedah, but corrected by another vet in Kedah) started ulcerating and became swollen. The vet is trying his best to save Blackey now and has advised Sha to be prepared for the worst.
We appeal to all readers to please pray for Blackey.

Sorry for the loss. Deepest condolence. My thoughts n prayers go with you Blackey. I too just lost mine beloved furbaby last week n it saddened me so much for her loss. Blackey, rest in peace dear. I know that you are surely happy at Rainbow Bridge together with my late Jasper. Your passing has broken our heart deeply and you will be dearly missed by us.
So sorry to read about this…:( But we now know that the suffering has ended for Blackey. Take care Sha.
Sha, so sorry to hear that Blackey has passed on. Blackey story was a sad one, abandoned by her own owner, her unborn kitten died in her womb and later been diagnosed to have sporo. Everyone has given up on her, but not you. Blackey knows that you loves her so very much, because of that she tried very much to hang on for as long as she could. I believed that is Blackey way to thank you for giving her a second chance. She was a good cat, although gone in this life, but always be in your heart. Take care.
Thank you all for your condolences over the passing of my Blackey. I am still in shock myself. She is in a better place with no more suffering, only rejoicing. You were the most wonderful cat, and will always be missed. RIP.
