A female dog spayed

Mr Wong is another animal rescuer.  Yesterday, he sent a rescued female dog to be spayed under our sponsorship.

Mr Wong has already taken the dog back and will release her after full recovery.  This is how TNR (Trap-Neuter-Return) works in many countries.  But in many countries, the authorities understands that a neutered animal (usually indicated by the tipped ear) will not breed anymore and hence, even if captured, will be released to allow it to live out its natural life.
We have tried again and again to talk to our authorities if they could please practise this, but….. (I shall say no more).
For many rescuers, they have no choice but to release the animal back to its colony and hope and pray that the humans who live there do not report to the authorities and get the animal captured.  The animal has already been spayed-neutered, it will not breed anymore.  Can humans please be more tolerant and live and let live?  This earth belongs to the animals too.
It is not easy to find homes for stray animals though we try.  Shelter and sanctuaries are full.  Some rescuers really have no choice.
Spay-neuter is the way to go….
