Follow-up subsidy claim for puppy (Sharon Elizabeth Tan Tai Ching)

With reference to the above case where the puppy was treated for Intestinal Intussusception, there is a further bill from another clinic for RM718.60. However, the bulk of the bill is for 35 days of boarding, which we do not subsidise unless it is for the purpose of medical treatment which requires boarding. There is also a charge for bath and grooming which we do not subsidise.

Hence, as per our policy, we can only subsidise the medication of RM33 and the vaccination.

Our total subsidy is RM16.50 (50% of the medication) and RM20 for the vaccination, bringing it to a total of RM36.50.

We have also already paid out RM446 for this case previously through our multiple fund policy where Sharon Tan applied to three funds.

Here is a latest photo of the puppy:

For the record, Sharon Elizabeth Tan has made a total of 13 subsidy claims from us and a total sum of RM1783.50 has been paid out to her from our funds.  Of all these claims, only one was a joint subsidy with Scratch and PetFinder. The rest were individual claims from our funds.
