Here’s Brownie’s latest updates from Mary:
Here are the photos of Brownie taken yesterday. The vet had already removed the stiches and you can see that the external wound looks like it is drying well.
She has also been given an ivermectin jab to treat skin infection as doc noticed rashes under her skin and she hda been scratching a lot. I have also passed a bottle of calcium powder and advised the vet assistant to feed her with 1 teaspoon daily. Hope this would speed up her recovery.
So far, everthing looks good, hope this would continue and Brownie would be able to walk with her operated leg again.

And our evening updates from Mary says our feisty girl even scratched herself using the operated leg. The vet was pleased with her progress, but prefers that she doesn’t use the leg so much yet.
