Culcul is one of the stray cats looked after by Julie’s neighbour. Today, Julie brought Culcul to our panel vet for treatment. Apparently, Culcul had not eaten for two days.
When I visited this evening, Culcul was bleeding from the mouth. The vet has not determined the cause of the bleeding yet because Culcul needs to be put on the drip and his condition has to be stabilised first.
Culcul’s eyes were very watery and he appears quite weak. The vet said he is severely dehydrated. The drip would help rehydrate him.
Julie’s neighbour thinks it could be food poisoning as a few cats have died in the neighbourhood.
We will see to Culcul’s medical needs and we hope he recovers soon.

KY,
Can't believe what ppl can do, it's sad that this has to happen to innocent beings, they are God's creation too. To those who did this, they'll have their karma!
Once my aunt told me a story of how her friend has put kittens into a platic bag and suffocate them to death by tying the plastic bag and dumped them into a rubbish bin, when her friend died (a painful death and prolonged suffering) she was curled up like those kittens found in the plastic bag. My aunt has tried to rescue the kittens when she was told about it by her friend but the kittens are already dead by the time she opened the plastic bag curled up just like the way she died.
